I spin three day a week and I've had these cycle shoes for a few years now. They're very comfortable, easy to walk a bit in when needed and still in great shape. I was told they fit a wide foot which I needed and they did. The only issue I've had is, the cleats come loose every time I use them, but it could have been something I did putting them on.
