I really like the design of these and would have kept them if the toe box was just a bit wider. I'm used to minimalist shoes with plenty of space for the toes to spread out. These were kind of advertised that way but even when I went an extra size up, my feet still felt cramped.A real bummer because they look sick and futuristic, and aside from the toe box, they did feel comfortable.Very well made, quite durable at the soles of the shoe. Love the material and design.Only thing it is quite hot and makes your feet sweat, would recommend some type of ventilation at the toes." Lett's go." Go green :D.What I eager to say is that the Customer Service by Amazon Seller - S3 Holdings LLC is fantastic, courteous, and efficient. I order these shoes in Navy, they proved to be just a touch small. When returning, because these folks are 3-party vendors, the Amazon basic return jargon said I might be charged shipping and restocking fees. I left feedback for the company and said, "come on, man!" The short of it is this is not their policy, and did not know Amazon put out this generic verbiage. After my feedback, I was contacted by Eduardo who made everything right. I shipped the shoes back, as soon as they had shipping confirmation, the vendor shipped new shoes which have yet to arrive. These folks made a confusing situation, easy. As for the shoe they are sturdy, very stylish, have great shoe strings, and are comfortable (and the new, larger size will be even more comfortable.). I've been where Chuck Taylor for 40 years. I switch to these because they're cool look, are better built, and, vainly, just different and colorful. (my experience is they ran a half-size small.)These are nice looking boots. Very well made. Some complain about the lacing, but I haven't found that to be a problem. They only come in whole sizes, medium width, and I normally wear a wide, size 11US, but these boots have a somewhat wide toe box and I can wear them comfortably with liner socks or thin dress socks. Thicker hiking socks are uncomfortable to me with these boots, but might be ok for others.Overall I love the shoe. It’s very comfortable but arch support is minimal. The insides are like synthetic fur or something lol. Very fancy ??. My biggest complaint is that one of the shoes didn’t come laced correctly and you need to be somewhat mechanically inclined to understand how to lace these the right way. Hard to put on wearing cotton socks but still a very nice and durable shoe. I will have one in every color.Awesome shoeThese shoes stand out.The first thing that caught my attention is the unique one of a kind sole design. I dont usually post many reviews but after the numerous double takes and compliments i have been recieving from people, i felt i had to.My only gripe i have after having these for a week is that i have wide feet so i have to loosen the laces alot so theyre not too tight.Also I will never understand why companies stop at size 12. I was lucky enough to get these in 13 but they should really consider wide sizes and sizes for men with larger feet. If these had a 12 wide or more choices in 13 id definitely buy more in different colors.The glue is visible on the sides. It’s a funky style. I might return it to be honest. Paying this much for boots and glue residue visible is not cool.
