I am not an avid runner, but I pay attention to those that are. When they all post about a pair of shoes I take note. So I bought these blind and then hurt my back. I missed out on my usual jogs around the neighborhood. Thus morning was my first run since murph. How should I phrase this? These shoes are like a sensual memory foam love session with your feet. The politely grab hold of your feet and let you know things are going to be ok today. These shoes are specifically designed for the avid runner and not for grocery shopping or walking in the park. Runners know the difference. Purchase walking shoes if you are a walker because this is not what these shoes were designed for.I have wide feet like duck feet. I was nervous that these would be too narrow. When I put them on for the first time, they were snug but not bad. When I ran in them, it felt like I was cheating. It was effortless. My run times were great and I would finish with extra energy since I didn’t need to use as much. Then the changes happened. My feet and lower calves got used to the extra padding that running in regular shoes hurt. Walking in boots pretty much destroyed my right arch and my run times suffered. Using this shoe as your primary training shoe and racing shoe is a bad idea. I now run with minimalist shoes as my training shoe and use these specifically as my race shoe. 8/10Light, bouncy shoe. Easy to run in. I’ve done about 20 miles in these runners in the last two weeks. Great runs.Odd shape of the sole makes these a little weird to walk in, but that’s not what they’re for. Put them on and hit the track or the pavement. Outstanding running shoe.Not very good for anything else. Don’t really care for the looks and you can’t walk around in these, not that you’d want to.These are the best pair of running shoes I've ever had (under $150 that is) and I've tried many. They are light and they are fast. They take some getting used to at first, but once they're broken into your foot, they feel like one with your foot.- Downside: They're not as supportive as other running shoes such as the Asics Gel Nimbus or Hoka Cliftons, so I'll only be using these as racing shoes, not for training.Took a bit of getting used to - especially how high and narrow they feel - and you wouldn’t want to wear them on any kind of off-road or too-slippery surface, but for long runs and speed workouts they are just as good as the hype would have you believe: massive difference in energy conservation and performance especially over long distancesThey are advertised as UK 10 but were US 10 which is a UK 9. Having said that they fit so no complaints. En contra, hay que decir que en la parte del talon..solo hay 2laminas muy finas d plastico duro...que en cuanto se gasten...adios zapatilla. Conclusion...esta zapatilla esta enfocada para corredores que apoyan de metatarso, y no de talon (que somos la inmensa mayoria). Si no tienes una gran tecnica de carrera, olvidate de esta Nike Zoom Fly 3.Es un zapatillón y es para moverlo de metatarso si taloneas no es tu zapatilla porque no te lo permite. En mi caso tengo plantillas correctoras y por mi forma de meter el pie hacia dentro no me son válidas, una lástima porque como digo es un zapatillón y no hace falta gastarse los 240€ de las Next%.
