Would not recommendThe shoes fit nicely when I put them on, and the little spring part at the back sort of works. However, they were quite uncomfortable due to both the texture on the inside, as well as the laces not being elastic at all. I prefer having my laces somewhat tightened, but this caused pain at the top part of my foot whenever I walked with them. Wearing them loose, of course, helped with this issue. The bottom part of the shoe was not in any good quality either. There wasn't much surface area it covered, and the pads on the bottom were made of some sort of plastic. This made it very easy to slip if you end up walking on a wet surface. The pads on the bottom of the shoe also tore away after 4 weeks of use. Without the pads, there was even less surface area on the bottom, and you would end up walking on solid plastic.
